Elle goes from a girl planning her wedding into a kicking ass and taking names vampire killer. This was cool, but she did it a little fast for me, to seem completely believable. Plus, there's an important and unlikely company funding the killing squad and somehow it is not observed. Sometimes, the vampires will deal and seem like Elle can negotiate with them, then other times they just set her up for death. The fighters get along well and the fight scenes were great. Overall, I liked the book a lot, but didn't care for certain aspects up to and including the end.

This was a very fresh and exciting take on the vampire genre. I am not going to write whole book report, but if you are looking for something different, then this is your book..

It is so not cliche, it has twist and turns and people who you will love. Can't wait for the next book.
Stumbled upon this one. But was a great choice. I was glued from the first chapter. Read it in under a day.
I liked it. I liked the characters and the story. It flowed well and I didn't find any parts that I just wanted to get over with to keep it going. If anything there were parts where I would have liked a little more detail or background. I will read the sequel to see where it goes.
This book was for me, a fresh new idea, due to such a strong female character. I enjoyed this book immensely and cannot wait to read the next one. Elle is the main character and her entire life changes in one night. This is well written and the characters are well developed. There is plenty of language, violence, and sexual content, so not for sensitive readers.
Elle finds her fiance being eaten by a vampire, and kills him. Greg is now undead. Vampire war was looming, and she joins a team of vampire hunters. Greg becomes the bane of her existence as the team welcomes her as one of theirs. A wallop of an ending, did not see that coming.
I loved this book. I read a lot of paranormal and lately more often then not the storylines suck or the character has no back bone or does but spends chapters going on and on about killing the bad guy. That's not this book, bad stuff happens, she kicks butt and takes names. Please hurry and write the next book I can't wait.
This was a really good one and so hard to put down. It was also a fast read, contact I couldn't read some pages fast enough and I was stumbling over words to get to the end of the page to see what happened. Even though I don't think we get to know anyone really in depth here, we do know enough to feel as if we know them and can kind of feel what was happening in their heads. I read a lot of the vamp romance books but this was a nice change. I do hope that we find out they are almost evil though. I can't say why without ruining it for every one but you will understand once you read the book why I said this. So a well written and exciting book fast paced and full of good evil vamp action. I will have to co out more of this authors books ,I like the way she writes.
